What backup and restore options are provided with Ekklesia 360?

Your content entered in Ekklesia 360® is backed up on a nightly basis. Within most content modules inside the product, a built-in versioning system is available to users as well as a mechanism to restore deleted items.

If there is ever a corruption in the CMS database, our team will work to restore all content within 24-72 hours depending on the complexity of the corruption. Though we are well-prepared for it, we've never encountered a corruption problem before.

Our hosting arrangement also provides a snapshot of your site's template files (ie, CSS, Javascript and PHP files) for up to the past 3 days. If a file is mistakenly deleted, it can be restored provided that no more than three days have passed.
