Is your online giving system secure? Is it PCI Compliant?

Online giving opens up an SSL-secure iFrame that encrypts all financial information sent to our servers and to the payment gateway. The page itself does not show as secure, but the iFrame itself is.

Our Online Giving module is currently not PCI compliant. PCI compliance is an initiative from credit card companies to ensure a certain security standard. While all our financial data is encrypted and secure, it is not yet standardized to receive PCI compliance approval.

We are working towards PCI compliance and will update this FAQ when we have been certified.
