How much Flash technology do you use on your sites?

We generally avoid using Flash technology on our sites. All sites in our instasite portfolio do not use Flash at this time. If a functionality requirement necessitates the use of Flash, we will discuss with you how to handle platforms that do not have Flash technolgoy available (iOS devices and many Android devices).
